Stamatakis child seats comply with all German Road Traffic Regulations (StVZO) .

StVZO § 35 a
In accordance with StVZO § 35a: Children under 7 years of age must use a special seat with footrests and hand grips.

StVZO § 19/2
Stamatakis child seats fulfill

the requirements of the StVZO.
Because Stamatakis child seats with the footrest system can be removed from the vehicle, it is considered to be an accessory item and therefore do not have to be registered according to § 19/2 StVZO.
